"We came in with a revenue plateau and left with a hiring plan, a pricing overhaul, and our first six-figure quarter. The timeline approach made every session feel urgent and specific."

Business Coaching mapped to where you actually are

Most coaching programs hand you a generic curriculum. We do the opposite: we diagnose your company's stage first, then build every session around the decisions that matter this month, not last year's playbook.

Stage 1 Survival and cash clarity

Your revenue covers expenses on good months but not on bad ones. We start with a 90-minute cash-flow audit. No spreadsheet templates; we sit with your real numbers and find the three levers that move fastest. Most clients discover at least one hidden margin leak in the first session. Typical duration: 3 weeks.

Marc-Antoine Dufour, SaaS founder: "Stage 1 saved us $4,200/month we were bleeding on a vendor contract nobody questioned."

Stage 2 Offer sharpening

Revenue is stable but growth has stalled. We rebuild your offer architecture: who you sell to, what you promise, how you price it, and which services you should drop entirely. This stage often involves uncomfortable conversations about the work you love but that earns you the least. Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks.

Stage 3 First hires and delegation

You need help but every hire feels risky. We map your time across a week, identify the 20% of tasks only you can do, and write role descriptions for the rest. Then we build a 30/60/90-day onboarding plan so the new person actually sticks. Hiring mistakes at this stage cost six months of momentum, so we treat this as a structural decision, not a recruitment exercise. Typical duration: 3 to 5 weeks.

Karine Lessard, agency owner: "I tried hiring twice before coaching and lost both people within 60 days. The third hire, guided by the Stage 3 framework, is still with me 11 months later."

Stage 4 Systems and repeatability

Revenue is growing but everything depends on you. We install operating rhythms: weekly scorecards, monthly reviews, quarterly planning sessions your team can run without you in the room. The goal is to make the business operate on a cadence rather than on your energy level. Typical duration: 4 weeks.

Stage 5 Scaling or stepping back

Now you choose: grow aggressively or build something that runs profitably while you work fewer hours. Both are valid. We model each path with real numbers, real timelines, and real trade-offs. Some clients double revenue within a year. Others cut their hours in half and keep the same income. The coaching adapts to whichever direction you pick. Typical duration: ongoing, session-based.

Coach and client reviewing growth strategy in a bright office

Every session is built around a real decision you face this week

We do not assign homework for homework's sake. Each meeting ends with one concrete action tied to a measurable outcome. If you cannot implement it within seven days, we scoped it wrong and we fix that before moving on.

Is this a fit?

You run a company with revenue

We work with businesses that already sell something. Pre-revenue startups need a different kind of support, and we will tell you that honestly on the first call.

You are the bottleneck

If growth depends entirely on your personal output, that is exactly the constraint we help you remove. Most of our clients are stuck between $200K and $2M in annual revenue.

You want structure, not motivation

We do not do pep talks. Sessions focus on decisions, numbers, and implementation. If you want an accountability partner who challenges your assumptions, this works.

You can commit 90 minutes a week

One coaching session plus the implementation time between sessions. That is the minimum investment. Clients who carve out this time consistently see results within the first month.

A note on how we work

Sessions happen over video call or in person at our Sherbrooke office. We keep a maximum of twelve active clients at any time so that every engagement gets real attention. There is no annual contract. Coaching runs month to month, and you stop when the value stops. Most clients stay between three and five months. A few come back a year later when they hit the next stage.
